The world is today running on a speed meter. Everybody around us has a race to finish. We have today more conveniences, comforts, and luxuries. Hence, we have constant targets to achieve and ladders to climb one after another. And, we hardly notice others, especially the ones who are left behind in the race or those who fail or can’t reach their destinations. Thus, they have fewer comforts and facilities and easinesses in life than the best runners.
Moreover, if we stop by the ones who need assistance, we would either be late to reach or lose a bit of what we earn through the race. So, how can we be available to help and be the reason for others’ happiness? However, fortunately, we can still get to meet a few beautiful souls, who have different goals, dreams, and a race to run. No, you can’t call it a race. It’s rather a virtuous journey that they are on. A journey of helping others by being there instead of running. A journey of spreading happiness by carrying in-harmful extra sweetness.
One such person we have is Uday Jadhav or you can call him Uday Bhai who is on a journey rather than a race. Uday Jadhav rides auto for the earnings. Now, he also has a place to reach somewhere and people to feed and children to look after. Thus, whether wanting to be in race or not, he needs to be in the line like every other. However, some people succeed in overcoming and handling such situations. They know how not to let themselves be the victim of their needs. You can eventually fulfil your needs without having to be the racer.
Uday Jadhav proved it
He managed to provide education to his children and feed his entire family. Of course, he had to face hardships and made compromises to be there where he is today, but he did not give up and managed to keep his spirit alive. Going back to the initial days of his journey, he started auto services in 2010. However, it was not like any other auto services as it had a concept of a gift economy.
To elaborate on the concept, someone before you has paid for your travel, and now you can pay for the next passenger. Moreover, the meter reads zero and there’s a card in the auto that says ‘pay from your heart’. To sum up, you can pay how so much you want to pay. There are also sweet messages and good luck sayings in the card which fills passengers’ hearts even more with happiness and warmth. The auto has a radio, dustbin, snack containers, water bottles, and a small library to make your travel even comfier.

The exterior of this auto is ravishing. He has painted ‘love all’ on the front of his auto and the entire exterior is covered with different religious symbols of the country. We travel in various cabs and taxis, but don’t find such facilities and comforts in them. That’s what makes Uday Jadhav’s auto special from the rest of the rides. Of course, his love, dedication, efforts, sweetness, and sacrifice are the added cherries to this specialness.
