An Inspiring Story Of Jess Mell And Her List Of 356 Activities
The pandemic made Jess Mell suffer from panic attacks, anxiety, and a serious depressive state. Little did the pandemic know that the woman it targeted was not someone who would give up. She was not to sit back and let herself suffer. She rather fought back to come out of it and be healthy again. Most importantly, she was very well aware of the knowledge of ways to come out of it. Let’s get into her story and know how it all happened.
What were her ways to fight back for her health?
Mell knew that she needed to make some lifestyle changes in her life to get better. Hence, she started working on it and getting acquainted with mother nature around her. Well, Mell did not choose to adopt a single activity, neither two nor three. She indeed chose to do 365 activities every single day of the whole year.

Today, she is the happiest person on the planet. Keeping herself engaged with a hundred activities each day for the whole year gave her the happiness and a feeling of wholesome she had felt after a decade.
Her number one activity on the list was to ‘get Instagram’ and it is the platform where she shares her journey and experiences today.
How did it happen?
When the lockdown restrictions were about to end in 2021, Mell sat down and decided to make a list of activities she would love to engage herself with. Moreover, activities related to involving the functioning of the mind and body were her priority. Hence, she was into outdoors activities.
After having done her research to list down the activities, she pledged to try new things every single day for the next hundred days. She decided on this by the 27th of December. Finally, in April 2022, she came to finish her list of activities for 100 days. Upon being able to complete the list successfully and find positive results, she planned to extend it for the rest of the year.
What is on her list of activities?
A few of the activities that her list contains are bee-keeping, Yoga, making a scarecrow, visiting a butterfly house, paddle boarding, and donating blood, etc. the list is of course long as it carries 365 activities. Most importantly, the list is interesting and very inspiring as well.
Intriguingly, even after completing the target of 365 days, Mell does not want to stop yet. She wishes to carry it out further as well. Keeping herself indulged with the activities, she has learnt a lot about herself and her capacity.

How was the entire experience for Mell?
Mell, above all, did not limit herself to her hometown to do the activities but she visited other places as well. Some of the cities she covered were Budapest, Vienna, and Dublin. In one of her interviews, she mentioned that it was not easy to try new things every single day for the entire year. Setting the goal midway, and trying to focus on finishing the 365 activities was difficult.
However, Mell of course successfully finished it and attained the positive outcomes she desired. Furthermore, the task was difficult, so she had to take care that it would not turn into a challenge. She should be rather enjoying the activities which she ultimately did and managed to help improve her mental and physical health.
